Easy to install, remote access using my own solution works like a charm

"I have no complaints at all about the ease of use. I hooked up the device on my PoE switch, connected HDMI and USBC to my NUC, and could access the KVM on my local network right away. I had to click through a TLS warning, but that is not surprising, since no trusted certificate can be provided for this type of device. And I rather have to accept a self-signed certificate, than seeing a device not care about security at all. I make use of Teleport for controlled access to my devices in the LAN network. After adding the Comet PoE to the Teleport configuration, I could access the device straight away, and I haven't found any functionality that did not work due to the reverse proxying going on. This is not a given: I have several other network devices that refuse to operate behind a reverse proxy. So a big plus for me on this one. I also installed the FingerBot. This took a bit of planning to find the best orientation, because of the limited height of my NUC and the on/off button being close to the side of the device. Because of this, the sticky pad is only partially stuck to the NUC's surface. Still, it feels like it is connected really well and it feels stable when I try to wobble it by hand. So I rest assured that it will do its job just fine in this setup."

Tade T. (4/5)

Easiest way to push a button from 100 miles away.

"Quickly installs and works out of the box. Plug in USB dongle, peel and stick, and you are ready to push a button from anywhere in the world! Fantastic Job! I cant quite figure out what the add-on is for though. . . If someone could clear that up I would appreciate it."
