Your membership never expires. Once you join the GL.iNet Loyalty Program, you remain a member permanently.

Yes. The GL.iNet Loyalty Program is available worldwide. All rewards, points calculations, and benefits are based on USD.

What is GL.iNet Member Day?
GL.iNet Member Day takes place on the 16th of every month. On this day, members earn double points on purchases made through the GL.iNet Official Store.

How do I level up my membership tier?
Your membership tier is determined by your total accumulated spending. As you spend more, you will automatically unlock higher tiers with greater rewards, discounts, and exclusive privileges.

How do I check my points and membership status?
Simply log in to your GL.iNet account and visit the Rewards Dashboard to view your current points balance, membership level, and available rewards.

Do my points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for 12 months from the date your order is successfully delivered (i.e., when the tracking status shows the package has been delivered). Any unused points will automatically expire after this period.
We will send a reminder email before your points expire so you have time to redeem them.

Can the Welcome Gift Coupon be combined with other promotions?
Yes. The Welcome Gift Coupon can generally be used together with other offers. However, it cannot be combined during Black Friday and Christmas Sale periods.

How does the Birthday Coupon work?
Celebrate your special day with us! Eligible members will receive a Birthday Coupon valid for one month, sent to your registered email one week before your birthday.

Can I earn points on shipping or tax fees?
No. Points are awarded only based on the product subtotal. Shipping fees and taxes are not eligible for points.

What happens to my points if I cancel or return an order?
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account.

If I use reward points to purchase a product and then return it, will I get my points back?
- On a full refund, the reward points used will be returned to your account.
- On a partial refund, the reward points will not be returned.

Can coupons be used on all products?
Coupons apply only to eligible items as stated in the coupon terms/details. They cannot be used on new arrivals, pre-order/pre-sale products, or any items during Black Friday and Christmas Sale periods.

Can points be transferred or gifted to another account?
No. Points are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold, or assigned to another account.

What if I checked out as a guest and forgot to log in?
You can still receive the points for your order. Since the system does not automatically transfer guest orders to a membership account, please contact our Customer Support team at cs@gl-inet.com with your order details.

How do I redeem my points for discounts or gifts?
Points can be redeemed during checkout.
You can:
- Apply points as store credit toward your purchase, or
- Redeem points for eligible gifts.
Please note that points cannot be redeemed on their own. Your order must include at least one paid item.

Birthday information cannot be edited directly from your account. If you need to update it, please contact our Customer Support team at cs@gl-inet.com.
