So far so good

"Just got the device booted up and running. Everything seems awesome so far. SIM card install was easy. Admin interface is straightforward. Options are easy to configure."

Riley is the START again 2nd time

"This is the second time Riley has helped me. This time I was abroad, and Riley helped me with my travel and home router. I was glad that I managed to connect with Riley again. As usual, she is very knowledgeable and resolved my issue with great patience and support. Riley, you are a Star."

— Chiran (5/5)

The perfect remote work companion

"As a freelance worker, I was looking for a reliable router that would deliver fast internet access wherever I went, no matter how the conditions were. And that includes remote locations where electricity is only available from a generator at nighttime. I bought the Puli AX router based on these premises and it has delivered flawlessly. The wifi signal is strong, allowing me to position the router for best connectivity. I use the two SIM card trays by getting cards from two different carriers in the country I travel to, so that coverage is optimal and redundant. And I can use either the Wifi or ethernet connection from the place I work from. All of this on a battery that can last a day's work. Add the flexibility of the software setup with the possibility to install your favorite VPN or other network related tool that helps you secure your connection and you've got a portable office that's as capable as the one at your headquarters. I've traveled to several countries with it, worked from a car on the highway, from a boat, from a train. I worked on a remote island, in the mountains and the countryside with nothing but woods and prairies around me, and every time I had the internet access I needed to get work done. Add to that a top notch support service and you have the most effective network tool for remote workers, or when you're how, to have a backup access point that will not go down when your internet box or electricity go down. This product is not for anyone, but if you're a power user/ digital road warrior, this is without hesitation the one and only router you need."

— Aldric G. (5/5)

Tailscale VPN.

"Great product, especially when used with Tailscale VPN. Setup was straightforward, and it works very well as an Exit Node. Customer support is excellent—they respond quickly and are genuinely helpful when you have questions or run into issues. Highly recommended!"

— Mathijn E. (5/5)

Fast shipping. Amazing customer service

"Customer service is amazing. They are quick to respond. My order was damaged in transit but customer service was very helpful and kind enough to send me a replacement. Will update the review once I have started using the device"

— Kelly (5/5)

Perfect

"In 2026 the wifi hardware is a bit falling behind but this unit is very stable and reliable. I like having the micro sd card slot, and the full support of open WaRT, Luci and Von clients. Very good what what I need"

— Steve S. (5/5)

Top Notch Customer Service and Router

"This router has been perfect for my RV adventures. After about a year, the battery needed to be replaced, and customer service really stepped up. They took the time to understand the issue, and it genuinely felt like they cared. After building some rapport, they ended up sending me a full replacement without any hassle. Great product and even better support!"

— Nghia (5/5)

Reliable router

"Use it as for home internet, great router/modem."

— Anton (5/5)

Awesome

"I love it"

— Guest C. (5/5)

Great product. Awesome support

"Great product with loads of features and powerful. I had an issue with a faulty device and the support worked with me to try and resolve it without the need of a replacement, but when this proved unsuccessful, replaced the unit promptly. Support response is delayed by the time difference between China and the UK, but is reliable and attentive."

— Simon E. (5/5)
