"Very positive experience. I contacted GL. iNet support regarding a fairly specific issue involving a GL-XE300 router, its LTE modem, and eSIM management. The support team was extremely precise and professional. They followed the issue carefully, provided clear and technically accurate instructions, and helped me troubleshoot the problem step by step. What I appreciated most was their technical competence and the fact that they did not simply provide generic answers. They actually investigated the issue and stayed focused on it until it was resolved. In the end, I was able to configure the device correctly and solve all the problems I had encountered. Overall, a very positive experience. Having knowledgeable and responsive technical support really makes a difference, especially when dealing with less common or more advanced configurations. Highly recommended."

great travel router for 4G

"Very satisfied with the product. Wifi is stable and covers complete apartment. VPn connection is also very stable, no breaking packet loss. I used SIM card provider and vpn connection and it was working great and as expected. I bought version with battery, and this keeps him ON for 6-7h on 4G connection, which is really nice thing. This product is very good one."

Great little device, does just

"Great little device, does just what I want, and most impressively seems to mostly do it the WAY that I'd want too! I chose the 4G model for price and to avoid huge aerials. The integral battery is an absolute must, the 4-way options for upstream connectivity is what I was after, and crucially it works very smoothly with the SMARTY SIM inserted. Had zero problems using it abroad in Europe, too. One "nice to have" that I'd look for in an updated version would be the ability to add repeater WiFi Networks which would auto-login on networks with a landing page. Doesn't matter about the few that have stupidly complicated landing pages, but where it's easy to auto log in, that'd be a huge plus."

"I really like this router, it is compact enough to carry around in your pocket used with the physical esim card for data and works well as a static router in an hotel. setting up the VPN is easy. I had an issue with the esim and some questions before I bought it and the support was excellent. I would recommend it."

Great little router

"I'm using this for a DIY project involving remote monitoring of power consumption and needed an LTE router to install in the field. Once I got the right cell provider (T-Mobile for me in the US) the Puli simply set itself up after powering on and was ready to use with no additional configuration necessary on my end. That said, the configuration that is available is fairly comprehensive and extensible with plugins. Overall I'm very pleased!"
