"A great addition to add to my Campervan after purchasing an all inclusive E-Sim package. It was easy to install following the online instructions, but also has 2 physical SIM card ports. More importantly it also features 2 MIMO ports so an external antenna can be fitted, offering a greater single range. Long life battery and also USB C powered. An excellent bit of kit if you don't want a designated motorhome hard install. This can also be taken abroad and used as a personal WiFi hotspot."

Fantastic

"I love it. It Performs very well on network connectivity. Long battery live about 12 hours of use. It has a Fancy looks, just like a smartphone in hands. I mistakely often time press it on the side to have the screen light on, just because it feels like smartphone when I hold it. By its appearance, I was skeptical about absence of antennas on it , but for my surprise, it beats my Spliz xe3000 on connectivity rate and network performance. Gl-INet has scored higher again with this MUDI 7: router, cellular router, modem, access point, tethering, repeater, and wifi extender, all in one device, yes ! The SIM card works very well in both slot and it's easy to maintain the connection locked into a chosen 5g Nr Network Tower, even after many reboots. I often find myself doing "some fancy switch from one devise to another" because I am sometimes confusedby their both similar performances (my Mudi 7 and my Spliz xe3000 ) I'm a lover of GL-INET because of their performance and the freedom of manipulation they give us."

Good device, Amazon shipping was bad

"The device is great but the shipping through Amazon was a bad experience. There were no updates for multiple weeks on the shipping and then it updated at some point and told me it was delivered 10 days ago and I had to dig deeper to find out it was delivered to a neighbor but it wouldn't even tell me which neighbor so I had to ring at least 5 different neighbors to find out who had received it. I was expecting it got lost because the situation it felt so sketchy. Very glad when I finally found the neighbor who had the package."

Probably the best mobile router in the market

"Hands down best mobile router I've ever owned. Wouldn't even know where to start. Unboxing feels satisfying, well built device. Back cover little flimsy, but it's overall sturdy enough for taking it around the world. Easy to setup up, runs smooth and performs great. The Qualcomm x72 puts this device amongst a very few high End devices in this segment. Paired with features like Wifi7 and 2. 5gbps Ethernet, this device climbs a height where air gets thin and competition even thinner. The specs of this device vs. it's price puts it in a league of its own in terms of value for money. At least on the paper. Once you start using it, you'll be baffled. My grandma could get this to work with a simple setup. . . swipe in a SIM, turn it on, use the display to setup your WIFI, and you're good to go. Plug&Play at its best. But that's just going to be the tip of the ice berg. This thing is based on OpenWRT. Meaning, endless possibilities to customize, run your own services, basically anything such a device could do, can be done. The gui allows you to already setup everything you could potentially like. . . from NAT over VPN's (client/server), SSH, even stuff like DPI. But if that's all not enough, just fire up OpenWRT's Luci gui. Want do dig deeper? Optimize your cellular network so you can get best possible service to use it as a backup WAN for your home or as a mobile fix replacement, hit it with SSH and start playing with the Quectel commands to monitor Carrier Aggregation, Bandwidth etc. while you find the best place for the device. Mask bands or force it to the good performing bands,. . . there is so much you can get done with this little thing. BTW, while other travel routers with LAN port have a 1gbps port, here you get easily 1gbps over WIFI over the internet, provided your cell service gives you the bandwidth. Over the 2. 5gbps LAN port the ceiling gets even higher of course. I've seen so far around 1. 3gbps with my mobile provider. The router doesn't break a sweat. Another highlight from my point of view is the policy based wireguard VPN routing. It is working perfectly. I can hook it up to my home network while on the road easily getting the 300mbps while remaining traffic goes directly at >1gbps. Just a few highlights from my perspective after playing with it for a few days. Considering the price. . . a complete no-brainer, I'd order it again at any time."
