1. Introduction

Please read this Terms of Use carefully before using the Services offered by GL.iNet, which is generally accessible via the website https://www.gl-inet.com. BY USING THE SERVICES IN ANY WAY, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN ("Terms of Use", "These Terms"), which also incorporate by this reference GL.iNet Privacy Policy and all other terms or policies that may be published from time to time on the Site. In addition, some portion of the Service may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified by GL.iNet. Your use of such services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into this Terms of Use by this reference.

GL.iNet reserves the right, at any time:

(a) to modify or update any of the Terms of Use, said modification or update being effective upon its posting on the Site; (b) to suspend or interrupt the access to or the operation of the Service, or any portion of it, as necessary to perform maintenance and/or for any other purpose; and/or (c) to modify or change the Service, or any portion of it.

Your continued use of the Service shall be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use. SHOULD YOU OBJECT TO ANY OF THE TERMS OF USE OR ANY SUBSEQUENT MODIFICATIONS, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

By accessing and/or using GL.iNet’s Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and are otherwise legally qualified to enter into and form contracts under applicable law.  IF YOU ARE UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CREATE A GL.iNet ACCOUNT OR SEND ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF TO US WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT. If you are using GL.iNet’s Services on behalf of a business entity, you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to act and enter into contracts on behalf of that business entity.

2. Definitions

Account means any and all GL.iNet accounts created or on behalf of by the User.

Activated Device shall mean each Enabled Device that is activated on the Communications Network.

Affiliate shall mean, with respect to any entity, any other entity Controlling, Controlled by or under common Control with such entity, whether directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries.

GL.iNet means GL Technologies (Hong Kong) Limited and its affiliates.

Confidential Information means all information disclosed by the User to GL.iNet or by GL.iNet to the User which is in tangible form and labeled "confidential" (or with a similar legend) or which a reasonable person would understand to be confidential given the nature of the information and circumstances of disclosure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Confidential Information shall not include information that

a) in or passes into the public domain other than by breach of this Agreement; Or

b) legally known to the receiving party prior to disclosure by the disclosing party; Or

c) independently developed by an employee of the receiving party to whom no disclosure of Confidential Information has been made, the onus of proof of independence being on the RECEIVING PARTY; Or

d) approved for unlimited release or use by written authorization of the disclosing party.(a) was already known to the receiving party at the time of disclosure by the disclosing party;(b) was or is obtained by the receiving party by a third party not known by the receiving party to be under an obligation of confidentiality with respect to such information;(c) is or becomes generally available to the public other than by violation of these Terms; or(d) was or is independently developed by the receiving party without use of the disclosing party's Confidential Information.

Data means all electronic data, text, messages or other materials submitted to the Service by You in connection with Your use of the Service.

Documentation means any written or electronic documentation, images, video, text or sounds specifying the functionalities of the Service provided or made available by GL.iNet to You through the Site or otherwise.

Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

Released Parties means GL.iNet, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and successors.

Service(s) means any and all services provided by GL.iNet to the User including but not limited to the use and access to the Site, GL.iNet GoodCloud, DDNS and tools such as Software, API and any Documentation. Any new or modified features added to the Service are also subject to these Terms.

Service Plan means the specific plan for which You subscribe, whether free or paid, as detailed on the Site, and the portion of the Service associated with said plan.

Site means any and all websites operated or owned by GL.iNet including namely but not exclusively www.gl-inet.com, www.goodcloud.xyz, www.glddns.com and www.glddns.net.

Software means any and all software(s) provided by GL.iNet to the Users.

Subscription Term means the period during which the User has agreed to subscribe to the portion of the Service as detailed in the Service Plan.

Third-Party Services means third-party products, applications, services, software, products, networks, systems, directories, websites, databases and information which the Service links to, or to which the User may connect or enable in connection with the Service, including, without limitation, certain Third-Party Services which may be integrated in the Service.

User, You, Your means any individual or Entity using the Site and/or the Services.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on GL.iNet's website for individuals, but only for non-commercial transitory viewing. You need to obtain a commercial license if you want to use it for commercial purposes. The licenses need to be granted by GL.iNet.

Limitations on Use. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Use or any applicable additional terms, in connection with your use of GL.iNet’s Services, You will:

(a) Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose any of GL.iNet’s Services or parts thereof;

(b) Not remove any proprietary notice language corresponding to GL.iNet’s Services;

(c) Make no modifications to any GL.iNet’s Service, except where such rights cannot be excluded under applicable law;

(d) Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of GL.iNet’s Services, or any other systems or networks connected to GL.iNet or to any GL.iNet server, or to any of the services offered on or through products, by hacking or any other illegitimate means;

(e) Not to use GL.iNet’s Services to: (i) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another’s privacy or harms minors in any way; (ii) impersonate any person or entity; (iii) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through GL.iNet’s Services; (iv) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that You do not have a right to make available under any law or under any contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements); (v) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; (vi) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail, “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as shopping) that are designated for such purpose; (vii) interfere with or disrupt the products or servers, networks or other equipment connected to GL.iNet (including without limitation denial-of-Service attacks) or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to GL.iNet’s Services; (viii) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ and any regulations having the force of law; and (ix) “stalk” or otherwise harass another person;

(f) Comply with and follow instructions made available to You by GL.iNet in connection with GL.iNet’s Services;

(g) At all times observe these Terms of Use and any applicable law or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions including the jurisdiction where You are a resident or from where You are using GL.iNet’s Services.

(h) Comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations in using GL.iNet 's products, services, software, and technologies, including those enacted by the United Nations, the People's Republic of China, the United States, and other relevant jurisdictions.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon termination of your viewing of these materials or this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

4. User Account

When you access and use some of GL.iNet’s websites, softwares or services, you may be asked to create a user account and to provide personally identifiable information.

After successfully creating your account, you may use it to log in to GL.iNet’s websites or software or service going forward.

For the information you provide, we will only process that information for the purposes of verification of your identity, and we will not process that information for unrelated purposes. You represent and warrant that all user information you provide in connection with your Account and your use of GL.iNet’s Services is current, complete, and accurate, and you agree that you will update that information as necessary to maintain its completeness and accuracy by updating your personal profile. You agree that you will not submit any fake content (including without limitation any username, likeness, or profile) to willfully and credibly impersonate another person, whether actual or fictitious. If we believe in our sole discretion that the information you provide is not current, complete, or accurate, we reserve the right at any time to refuse or terminate you access to GL.iNet’s Services. You can modify your account passwords by yourself，and you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not use the username or password of any other person, nor may you transfer, lend, rent, sell or share your username and password, nor may you circumvent any authentication mechanism requiring the entry of usernames, passwords, or any other information to gain unauthorized access to GL.iNet’s Services. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. We shall not be liable for any loss that you incur because of unauthorized use of your Account, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives due to unauthorized use of your Account.

If you use GL.iNet’s Services, you can only register a user account through our official channels and use the account to log into our Services. We do not guarantee the legality and normal use of any account information obtained through other unofficial channels (including but not limited to the account information obtained through purchase, rental, borrowing, sharing, etc., and registered accounts obtained by malicious use or destruction of the registration system). If the account is blocked, seized or recovered as a result, you shall bear all responsibilities.

You shall not maliciously register a user account by any means (including but not limited to using invalid mobile phone numbers, using other people's identities, etc.) or use the accounts to conduct illegal activities, disrupt, harass, deceive other users, or other acts that violate this agreement. We reserve the right to permanently block or recover the above account, and the losses caused by you shall be borne by yourself. At the same time, we reserve the right to transfer the above acts to the judicial authorities for handling.

If you need to cancel your account, you should contact us and provide the relevant information and materials, and ensure that the information and materials provided are legal, true and valid, so that we can verify the user's identity and cancel the account for the user.

The ownership of GL.iNet’s accounts belongs to us, and the users only has limited rights to use the accounts. You are responsible for all actions performed under the account to which you have the right to use.

5.Subscription

In some GL.iNet services, you can choose to receive push notifications (such as notifications for events, marketing, pre-sales, new product launches, and version updates) through a subscription. This subscription service requires your email address. Currently, this subscription service is free, but we reserve the right to charge for it at any time. If we decide to charge for the service, we will notify you in advance. Your continued use of the subscription service after receiving such notification indicates your acceptance of the new fee.

You can cancel your subscription in the following ways:

• If you have registered a GL.iNet account, you can cancel your subscription directly in your personal center after logging in;
• If you have not registered a GL.iNet account, you can cancel your subscription by contacting us: support@gl-inet.com

Cancellation is completely free; there will be no penalties, fees, or additional charges. Once you cancel your subscription, your access to the subscription service will terminate immediately. We will no longer provide you with any subscription benefits or content.

6.Purchases and Payments

6.1 Product Information and Pricing

Information relating to products and services (including pricing, descriptions, availability, delivery options, and estimated delivery times) is displayed on the relevant product listing page of GL.iNet's websites. While we strive to ensure accuracy, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occasionally occur. Subject to applicable laws and unless otherwise stated in these Terms, if any products and services information on GL.iNet's websites is inaccurate, we reserve the right to correct and to change or modify information or cancel orders (or parts of orders) prior to dispatch. In such an event, we may contact you for instructions, or notify you of any such cancellation and provide a refund for such cancellation.

6.2 Payment Methods and Authorization

If you purchase a Product through GL.iNet's websites, you will be required to provide your billing and shipping information as well as information regarding your credit or debit card (each, a "Payment Card") so that we may charge you for the costs and fees associated with your purchase. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized account holder on all Payment Cards you submit through GL.iNet's websites or applications, and acknowledge and agree that we have the right to charge your Payment Card for the cost of the Products, and all taxes, shipping, and handling fees communicated to you at the time of your purchase.

At our sole discretion, you may be permitted to purchase certain Products through Shop Pay or by using the payment processing services of PayPal.com ("PayPal"). You understand and agree that Shop Pay and PayPal are Third-Parties, and that if you choose to complete any portion of your purchase through these Third-Parties, your purchase may be governed by the terms of service, privacy policies, refund policies, and other policies and agreements of such Third-Parties. It is up to you to familiarize yourself with the policies and agreements of these Third-Parties.

6.3 Order Placement and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation Email"). The Order Confirmation Email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send an email confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you.

6.4 Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with the Products purchased by you on GL.iNet's websites, you may return the Product, in its original packaging, to us for a refund within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase. You can request and arrange for such a refund by contacting us via GL.iNet's websites. After the 30-day refund window has expired, your only recourse regarding the Products is through our warranty.

6.5 Rewards

You may receive credits, discount codes, coupons, gifts, or other rewards through your participation in GL.iNet's promotional activities or use of GL.iNet's Services (collectively, "Rewards"). Unless otherwise specified, Rewards may only be applied as discounts toward eligible purchases on GL.iNet's websites and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law. Not all products or services may be eligible for Rewards redemption.

Each type of Reward may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including expiry dates, usage limits, and eligible product categories. Please review the applicable terms for each Reward before use. In the event of any inconsistency between those specific terms and this Terms of Use, the specific terms governing the applicable Reward shall prevail.

7.Data Privacy and Security

For a detailed understanding of our privacy and how we treat your personal information, please carefully read GL.iNet privacy policy. As a brief overview, with your consent we may collect, retain, and use specific data about you, your Device (as defined below) and your Device’s interactions with other Devices. Also, some of this information may be used to identify you, including without limitation, name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information (collectively, “Personal Data”). Furthermore, other uses are fully described in our privacy policy. The data we collect is used to provide, deliver, and support a particular product and to inform you about upgrades, new and existing products, offers or other information.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Subject to these Terms of Use, GL.iNet hereby grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and license to use the Service. The rights granted herein are subject to Your compliance with these Terms of Use. The Service is being licensed to you and you hereby acknowledge that no title or ownership in the Service is being transferred or assigned and these Terms of Use are not to be construed as a sale of any rights in the Service. Also, all the trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on this Web Site are the property of GL.iNet, or other third-parties.

8.2 The trademarks including the mark GL.iNet as shown on the Site, the Software or the Documentation are trademarks owned by GL.iNet (collectively, "GL.iNet Trademarks"). Unless otherwise provided by applicable laws or regulations, GL.iNet Trademarks may not be used in any manner other than expressly authorized in a written agreement.

8.3 GL.iNet shall maintain all rights, title and interest in and to GL.iNet patents, inventions, copyrights, trademarks, domain names, trade secrets, know-how and any other intellectual property and/or proprietary rights (collectively, "Intellectual Property Rights"). The rights granted to You to use the Service under these Terms do not convey any additional rights in the Service, or in any Intellectual Property Rights. GL.iNet shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable and perpetual license to incorporate into the Service or otherwise use any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback GL.iNet receives from You. GL.iNet reserves all rights not expressly granted to You.

8.4 All content of the Service, Site or Software including, but not limited to, all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, product and virtual product descriptions and design, FAQs, videos, logos, GL.iNet Trademarks, sounds, music, artwork, computer code and programming (collectively, "Content"), including the arrangement of such Content, is owned, controlled or licensed by or to GL.iNet, which is protected by trade dress, copyright, and trademark laws, various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. Except as expressly provided in the Terms of Use or authorized by GL.iNet in a written agreement, no Content or part of Content may be copied, duplicated, sold, resold, reverse engineered, decompiled, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way through any media whatsoever.

9. Content on the Services, Third-Party Services and Remote Access

9.1 Content on the Services

GL.iNet's Services may contain content from and hyperlinks to content resources and services of third-parties, including other websites and Third-Party Content, and GL.iNet may also integrate third-party technologies into GL.iNet’s Services. GL.iNet is not responsible for, does not endorse and has no control over the content (including advertisements, products and other materials) provided, made available and/or displayed to You under these External Resources and is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with Your use of or reliance on such content (including any reliance by You on the availability, accuracy, applicability or completeness of the content) which is made available to You, provided to You or displayed to You under these External Resources. If You choose to access, transact with, or otherwise interact with any such Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk.

GL.iNet's Services may give you the ability to access content controlled by third-parties (“Third-Party Content”) over which GL.iNet exercises no editorial or programming control. You understand that: (i) Third-Party Content providers may restrict or revoke access to their content at any time; (ii) to the extent possible under the governing law, GL.iNet is not responsible for and has no editorial control over any Third-Party Content; and (iii) GL.iNet has no control over the distribution of Third-Party Content. You agree that GL.iNet will have no liability to You or anyone else who uses Your system with regard to any Third-Party Content. You also agree and declare that any and all Third-Party Content accessed or transferred using GL.iNet’s Services is for personal, non-commercial use and that GL.iNet’s Services will not be used to illegally copy, illegally display or otherwise make illegal use of Third-Party Content. Generally, authorization from the appropriate rights holder is needed prior to displaying, using, or copying Third-Party Content. Unauthorized copying or distribution of copyrighted works may constitute an infringement of the copyright holders’ rights. You understand that by using GL.iNet’s Services You are exposed to the risk that You may find some Content offensive, indecent or objectionable and that any use of GL.iNet’s Services as regards such exposure is entirely at Your own risk.

9.2 Third-Party Services

You accept that GL.iNet is not responsible for the risks you take associated with links or connections to third-party applications or services. You understand that such third-party services may or may not carry their own terms, conditions, privacy policies or other policies that may or may not be related to the Services. We encourage you to be aware of such agreements when you connect third-party services to the Services. We cannot and do not have control over, nor do we assume any responsibility or risk for content, accuracy, practices, opinions, or policies of any third-party applications or services that you may be exposed to when you interact with the Services. Your interactions with third-party organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Services are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You agree that we shall not be responsible for any liability for any loss or damage associated with any such interactions.

The Services may link you to other sites on the Internet. These sites may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. These other sites are not under the control of GL.iNet, and you acknowledge that (whether or not such sites are affiliated in any way with GL.iNet) GL.iNet is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of such sites. The inclusion of such a link is not an implied endorsement by GL.iNet or any association with its operators.

GL.iNet cannot ensure that you will be satisfied with any products or services that you purchase from any third-party site that links to or from our site, since the third-party sites are owned and operated by independent retailers. GL.iNet does not endorse any of the merchandise purchased from any third-party site, nor have we taken any steps to confirm the accuracy or reliability of any of the information contained on such third-party sites. GL.iNet does not make any representations or warranties as to the security of any information (including, without limitation, credit card and other personal information) you might be requested to give any third-party. We strongly encourage you to make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online transaction with any of these third-parties.

10. Technical Support

With respect to some of our Products, at our sole discretion, we may offer technical support. We provide such technical support without any warranty of any kind. Prior to obtaining such support, it is your responsibility to back up all of your existing data, software and programs. We may cease or suspend offering technical support with a particular product at our sole discretion.

11. Modifying Our Products/Services

We are constantly improving and changing our Products/Services. We may suspend or stop offering a particular product/service or add or remove functionalities or features. We may perform such modifications without providing you with prior notice of such modifications.

12. Term and Termination of Our Service

12.1 Termination

Without limiting any other provision of this Terms of Use, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny the use of GL.iNet’s Services to any person for any reason or no reason at all, including without limitation for any breach or suspected breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in this Terms of Use, or of any applicable law or regulation. This Terms of Use shall automatically terminate if you breach any of this Agreement's representations, warranties, or covenants. Such termination shall be automatic and shall not require any action by us.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Any termination of this Terms of Use automatically terminates all rights and licenses granted to you under this Terms of Use, including all rights to use GL.iNet’s Services. Upon termination, we may, but have no obligation to, in our sole discretion, rescind any Services and/or delete from our systems all your Personal Information and any other files or information that you made available to us or that otherwise relate to your use of GL.iNet’s Services. Upon termination, you shall cease any use of GL.iNet’s Services.

12.3 GL.iNet will use reasonable efforts to delete your password, name, credit card information and all related information associated with or inside your Account (or any part thereof), excluding data related to past transactions upon termination of this Agreement, or upon request.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

13.1 No Warranties

We, on behalf of ourselves and our licensors and suppliers, expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, regarding GL.iNet’s Services, arising by operation of law or otherwise, including without limitation any and all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, no encumbrance, or title, in addition to any warranties arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice. Neither we nor our licensors or suppliers warrant that GL.iNet’s Services will meet your requirements, or that the operation of GL.iNet’s Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all implied liability for damages arising out of the furnishing of GL.iNet’s Services pursuant to this Terms of Use, including without limitation, mistakes, omissions, interruptions, delays, tortious conduct, errors, representations, or other defects arising out of the failure to furnish GL.iNet’s Services, whether caused by acts of commission or omission, or any other damage occurring. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including without limitation damages for lost profits or lost revenues), whether caused by the acts or omissions of us, or our users, or their agents or representatives.

13.2 Your Responsibility for Loss or Damage; Backup of Data.

You agree that your use of GL.iNet’s Services is at your sole risk. You will not hold us or our licensors and suppliers, as applicable, responsible for any loss or damage that results from your access to and/or use of GL.iNet’s Services. GL.iNet’s Services may contain bugs, errors, problems, or other limitations.

13.3 Application of Disclaimers

The above disclaimers, waivers, and limitations do not in any way limit any other disclaimer of warranties or any other limitation of liability in any other agreement between you and us or between you and any of our licensors and suppliers. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above disclaimers, waivers, and limitations of liability may not apply to you. Our licensors and suppliers are intended third-party beneficiaries of these disclaimers, waivers, and limitations. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you through GL.iNet’s Services or otherwise shall alter any of the disclaimers or limitations stated in this section.

14. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we or our licensors or suppliers be liable to you for any claims arising from your use with GL.iNet’s Services, including without limitation for special, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or confidential or other information, loss of privacy, costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, failure to meet any duty including without limitation of good faith or of reasonable care, negligence, or otherwise, regardless of the foreseeability of those damages or of any advice or notice given to us or our licensors and suppliers arising out of or in connection with your use of GL.iNet’s Services. 15. Indemnity of GL.iNet

GL.iNet will not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance of any part of the Service, from any cause beyond GL.iNet's reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, changes to law or regulations, embargoes, war, terrorist acts, riots, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, zombie apocalypse, floods, strikes, power blackouts, volcanic action, unusually severe weather conditions, and acts of hackers or third-party internet service providers.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. And you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Software updates for any security vulnerabilities will still be supported for two years from the EOL date.
