Shipping Policy

1. ABOUT ORDER 

1.1 PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding pre-orders.

Please note that processing times may be longer during:

  • Weekends and public holidays
  • Major promotional events
  • Severe weather, out-of-stock or unexpected logistics disruptions
  • Payment verification or address confirmation cases

No matter what, we will complete order fulfillment as soon as possible to improve user experience. If the customer needs urgent delivery, please contact customer service: cs@gl-inet.com.

In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you via email as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate or alternative solution.

If the revised delivery timeframe is not acceptable, you may request to cancel the order for a full refund.

1.2 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update, depending on the carrier.

If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your Junk or Spam folder before contacting customer support.

Your order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. You can enter the tracking NO. on carriers official site or here to track your order. If you are having trouble finding your order, or for order changes and cancellations, please email cs@gl-inet.com and let us know as soon as possible.

3.1 FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders to selected countries and regions. Free shipping does not apply to accessories, bulk orders, or certain special products unless otherwise stated.

Available shipping options and final shipping costs will be automatically displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

3.2 DELIVERY TIMES & REMOTE AREAS

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address, local carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other external factors.

Deliveries to remote or extended service areas may require additional transit time. In some cases, additional remote area shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout or confirmed by our support team before shipment.

All delivery dates provided by GL.iNet are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For orders shipped to Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan, Standard Shipping is typically delivered within 3–7 business days.

3.3 SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping rates shown on our website generally apply to packages under 1kg. Final shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, package dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method during checkout.

3.4 SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted international logistics partners, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics, and other regional carriers to support global delivery services.GL.iNet will select the shipping carrier used for each order based on factors such as destination, service availability, and operational requirements.

 

4. DELIVERY POLICY

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact information, and email address are accurate and complete before placing your order.

GL.iNet reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that do not include a valid email address, as email communication is required for order confirmation, shipping updates, and delivery support.

We do not support delivery to PO Box addresses, military addresses, or certain remote island locations.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a lost or undeliverable package, GL.iNet is not responsible for replacement or refund.

Signature may be required upon delivery depending on the carrier and destination. Additional return or redelivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to customer unavailability.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery or report the issue to the carrier immediately.

4.1 ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at cs@gl-inet.com within 8 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, address changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please note that updating shipping information after order processing may require 1–3 business days for coordination with the logistics provider and may result in additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders canceled after shipment, refused upon delivery, or returned due to customer-related reasons will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any related handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

4.2 RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address information,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • refusal to accept the package,
  • or failure to complete customs clearance,
  • Package has exceeded the storage period at the pickup location,

GL.iNet reserves the right to deduct the related shipping, return handling, and reshipment costs from any applicable refund.

 

5. CUSTOMS, TAXES & INVOICES

5.1 CUSTOMS

For international orders shipped from China, import duties and customs clearance may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for handling customs clearance and paying any applicable import duties, brokerage fees, or related charges.

Please note that shipping fees paid at checkout do NOT include customs duties or import-related charges unless otherwise stated.

If a package is returned or incurs additional shipping costs due to refusal to pay customs duties or failure to complete customs clearance, GL.iNet reserves the right to deny refunds or deduct the related shipping and handling costs from the refund amount.

As customs policies vary by country, we are unable to provide exact duty estimates. You may use a duty calculator to estimate potential import charges before placing your order.

5.1 TAXES (VAT)

Taxes (including VAT, sales tax, or GST) may apply depending on your country, region, or state. Final tax details will be displayed at checkout before payment.

For orders shipped to Europe, prices displayed on the website already include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Any additional local taxes required by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

5.2 INVOICES

We send an invoice with international orders, but sometimes packages do get held up. The customs office should contact you about this, so let us know by emailing cs@gl-inet.com if you do require any additional documentation. An official invoice will be sent to you via email if you request.
