All accounts from our previous stores have been migrated to the new GL.iNet Store. To access your account, please reset your password using the email address registered with your previous store account.

We've migrated:
- Your profile information (name, contact methods, default address etc.)
- Loyalty points
- Unused discount coupons*
- Member tier status (e.g. LV1 Starter, LV2 Bronze)
- Order history
We have not migrated:
- Shopping cart items
- Non-default shipping address

The accounts would all be migrated over to the new web store.
If you would like to merge all the accounts into one new account, please contact our customer support team at cs@gl-inet.com and provide all email addresses associated with your previous store accounts.
After verification, we will merge your loyalty points, order history, and member tier status where applicable.

The accounts will be merged into one new account on the new web store.
Your loyalty points, order history and member tier status will also be combined in your new unified account.

If you had accounts across multiple previous GL.iNet stores (sharing the same email), your points will be combined into your new account.
For example, if you had 100 points in the GL.iNet US store and 50 points in the GL.iNet APAC store, your new account will show a total of 150 points.
If your points balance still appears to be incorrect, please contact our customer support team, we will review and update it after verification.

If you had multiple accounts across our previous stores (sharing the same email), your tier status will be re-evaluted based on the accumulated amount spent (converted into USD) in all of those accounts.
For example, if you had spent US$180 in the GL.iNet US Store and and CAD$100 (approx. US$73) in the GL.iNet CA Store, your new GL.iNet account will have a combined spending of US$253, which will grant you an upgrade to LV2 Bronze Tier.
The required spending to upgrade tiers from LV1 Starter, to LV2 Bronze, LV3 Silver and LV4 Gold, is US$250, US$500, US$800, respectively.
If your tier appears to be incorrect, please contact our customer support team and we will review and correct it after verification.

Yes. Any unused and still-valid discount coupons have been converted into equivalent points and synced to your new account.
For example, if you had redeemed a US$1 discount coupon in the GL.iNet US Store but did not use it, that coupon would be converted into 100 points in your new GL.iNet account.

Please go to Order History in your account to find the order, then contact our customer support. We will verify the order and process your return/refund.

Only your default shipping address is transferred during account migration. You can add additional shipping addresses in Addresses for future orders.

No, they won't be deleted. Your old account data is permanently backed up. You can reset your password and activate your account at any time. Loyalty points are valid for 1 year (from acquisition) and discount coupons are permanently valid.
