"I originally ordered "eSIM - GL. iNet physical eSIM," which unfortunately was not compatible with the Vodafone OneNumber eSIM service (specifically in Czechia, but probably also with other OneNumber services in other countries). Support therefore sent me this SIMPoYo card to try out, which works without any problems. The eSIM profile was successfully installed directly in the updated Puli AX router."
