3.3 Warranty Exclusions (Non-Covered Cases)
Warranty does not cover:

Altered or removed serial number

Unauthorized firmware replacement or modification

Unauthorized repair or disassembly

Human-caused damage (wrong voltage, water damage, drops, overheating, corrosion, etc.)

Failures unrelated to design, manufacturing, or quality defects

4. Disclaimer
GL.iNet reserves the right to deny warranty or RMA services if:

The product is returned without required accessories, an assigned case number, valid proof of purchase, or an identifiable serial number.

The returned product is incomplete, missing components, or shows signs of customer-caused damage.
Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning rejected products or recovering missing items. If a product returned for RMA service is found otherwise ineligible for warranty coverage, the RMA request may be denied. The customer may request that the product be returned by providing a prepaid return shipping label. If no return shipping arrangement is provided, GL.iNet reserves the right to dispose of the product.
All RMA requests are subject to a processing period of 3–5 business days before shipment. Shipping methods apply only after the replacement product has been dispatched.
GL.iNet is not responsible for:

Damage occurring during transit.

Packages reported lost, missing, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer. Any replacement, reshipment, or refund requests for such cases will be reviewed and approved solely at GL.iNet’s discretion.

Miscellaneous parts and consumable accessories, including but not limited to screws, rubber feet, and network cables, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The policy may be updated based on legal requirements, internal company policies, or product revisions.
