At GL.iNet, we take the security of our products and IT infrastructure seriously. As part of our commitment to transparency and the protection of our customers, we have implemented a Vulnerability Disclosure Policy to address any security issues promptly and efficiently.
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in a GL.iNet product, we encourage you to report it to us following the guidelines below:
GL.iNet has the authority to legally bind such Entity and its Affiliates.
Reporting a Vulnerability:
- Please send an email to security@gl-inet.com with detailed information about the vulnerability, including steps to reproduce, potential impact, and any other relevant details.
- We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 72 hours and will provide ongoing communication regarding the status of the vulnerability and any updates on the resolution process.
Responsible Disclosure:
- GL.iNet is committed to responsible disclosure and will work to address any reported vulnerabilities promptly and confidentially.
- We request that security researchers or those who reported the vulnerability refrain from conducting any malicious activities or publicly disclosing the vulnerability until we have had the opportunity to address it.
Disclosure Timeline:
- We strive to address and resolve reported vulnerabilities, because we have a 90-day policy for vulnerability disclosure.
- Once a vulnerability has been successfully resolved, we will provide credit to the reporting party for their responsible disclosure.
