In 2010, we started with a goal: to support families and make life better through our products. We never wanted to sacrifice family for work, and wanted our employees to enjoy that same harmony between life and career.
What really kept us going was connecting with our users. In the early days, we spent hours answering questions on our forums. One day, we saw a user wrote, "This is the first router I could set up without hassle," we knew we were doing something right. That's our goal: to make things simple and reliable.
Our team made this possible. People stuck with us through tough times, and their dedication is everything. Looking ahead, we hope we're remembered for making a positive impact and for the relationships we've built.
