- VIP Reservation is available to users who are 18 years or older. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- The VIP Reservation consists of a one-time, non-refundable deposit per tier including Insider Pass: USD 1, Founder Club: USD 9.99.
- Shipping fees are not included. A flat shipping fee of USD 15 will apply per purchase.
- The VIP Reservation fees do not apply toward your final Comet Q purchase, you will pay the price as shown on the Kickstart reward.
- All VIP benefits are subject to the details shown in the perks overview above or on your VIP confirmation email. Access, duration, benefits, launch and shipping dates are subject to change at our discretion.
- VIP privileges are non-transferable and may not be shared. Abuse or misuse of access may result in termination without refund.
- Each user is limited to one VIP Reservation purchase, the non-refundable deposit does not auto-renew.
- Priority shipping applies only to Backer Club Pass holders when the purchase is made on Kickstarter. Orders from non-Backer Club Pass holders will be processed under standard delivery schedules.
- Backers Club Pass holders are eligible for the Super Early Bird discount (47% off) and will receive priority access to the Super Early Bird discount during the Kickstarter launch.
- The $5 GL.iNet Store Credit is non-stackable with any other existing web store discounts.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the VIP program at any time, with or without notice.

Q2. How does the $5 GL.iNet Store Credit work?
The $5 GL.iNet Store Credit applies to all products at the official GL.iNet store.
You'll receive a unique promo code via email within one month after purchasing your VIP Pass. This credit is non-stackable with any offer, or other existing discounts and will be valid for one year.
Q3. How does the Super Early Bird discount work?
As a Backer Club pass holder, head to Kickstarter on launch day and secure your Super Early Bird discount (47% off) directly.
If the Super Early Bird tier sells out before you get there, contact us and we'll send you a secret rewards link to lock in your Backer Club price.
Insider Pass holders do not receive a secret rewards link or promo code. To claim any available discounts, pledge directly on Kickstarter on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q4. What is Priority Shipping?
Priority Shipping ensures your Comet Q ships ahead of regular Kickstarter orders. This applies to Backer Club pass holders only.
Q5. How do I access the Discord channel?
Backer Club pass holders get access to an exclusive private channel with direct updates from the GL.iNet team, including production progress and behind-the-scenes content.

It will be shipped together with your Comet Q order, no action needed on your end. We'll verify eligibility internally and include it in the same shipment.
