GL.iNet Statement on Recent FCC Regulatory Developments
At GL.iNet, we always strive to keep our community informed and supported, especially when there are regulatory changes that may affect product availability or shipping timelines.
We are currently closely following recent FCC-related developments in the United States concerning networking products.
First, we want to reassure our customers that Mudi 7 (GL-E5800) has already received FCC certification. We also want to make it clear that all GL.iNet products currently being sold in the U.S. are not affected and will remain available as usual. We will also continue to maintain our normal product support, including regular firmware updates and security maintenance.
As for Slate 7 Pro (GL-BE10000) and Flint 4, FCC certification has not yet been granted. We are preparing to apply for an exemption and are actively working through the next steps. To stay fully compliant and avoid uncertainty during launch, it will not be available in the U.S. during its initial release.
We understand that changes like these may raise questions, and we truly appreciate your patience and continued support. At GL.iNet, we remain committed to compliance, transparency, and delivering products our users can rely on.
We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
